CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% cancellation free is charged for appointments cancelled within 48-12 hours of the scheduled appointment. NO SHOWS & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 100% of booked appointment cost. This policy also stands for last minute change in appointment services. Clients will be automatically marked as a no show and charged the required fee if they are more than 15 minutes late. There is no exceptions to these policies.
